To do mods

I have an 03 CL-S 6-speed I/H/E im about to do my timing belt/water pump. Since im going to spend a few hours on my car I was thinking about getting an Underdrive pulley/P2R intake manifold gasket/P2R throttle body gasket/and a 60 degree celsius stat (140 farenheit). Would all those mods be worth it or only some?

your in gen2 TL but engine is the same

all those will make the car faster- the light pulley allows rpm to build quikly to vtec where the power is
Spacers prevent massive heat transfer to the intake manifold,, cooler temp there is good

no need for lower thermostat- the engine is very happy 1-2 clicks below half at all times
and needs enough temp for everything to operate as designed

compare bomz pulley (cl group on them for years now) and Outlaw Engineering spacers
the spacers are different technology material and method--you decide whats best for you

make sure to get the maker suggested belt for whichever pulley you choose
the edges are different than OE and the right belt wont make noise

Excelerate has UR pulley in regular and underdrive versions- both lightweight

any of our vendors!

I supported my local vendor HeelToe for most of the parts I wanted for the TL.

you remove the pulley as part of the 105 service- just 1 big bolt at 173 foot pounds torque
install new one in its place with correct belt if underdrive version

ck ebay for bomz brand- send message to them if not listed- they do have ours
and will make a private aucton for you

I thought the P2R stuff was more $$ than UR?

Do they make just a lightened crank pulley? I heard that underdrive pulleys mess things up, is that true?
