Dnj Piston set
Hey there Guys, im new in the j business and over here in germany its not a common typ of engine being done up.
im in the middle of combining parts
So far i have j32a2 block with a j35a4 crank and rods .
Im want to go n/a on this engine and thinking as i need to bore her open a bit if any of you ever had any long term reviews on the dnj pistons as im thinking of using them.
Goal should be 300 whp on this engine. I think if read vorrect on other post i should land a out 12.1:1cr on this build
I would be very greatful for your replys.

My favorite new AZer, Join date 7-8 months ago. loves the riech and being a mutt. Half german? Your engilish as well as the way you write it is too American.
How did you get a hold of a TL in Europe? Shipped it over from the US east coast to Hamberg on a ship I presume? Must love the TL lots! Why not just get a VWBug Golf like the rest of europe?
Is your goal 300whp? or it should be? Not a real post, but I'll entertain it.
If your not going forced induction, keep the CR 11.5:1. Why not just Buy a J35A4 and swap that in? Will you be importing all parts from US in the future? Good idea, because shipping prices about to drop like the availability of food this Fall.

I bought the engine in the uk a couple of years back where it was swapped into a honda acoord coupe. I intended to put it into a honda prelude as no1 has these type of engines over here.
It has alot to offer great sound, loads torque and 6 speed trans which i always wanted.
So just vecause im german doesnt mean we all drive german cars. I have always driven jdm cars mostly honda and subaru tho rouls_prelude on Instagram if you wanna stalk.
Getting most parts in the states as over here you wont get much.
Well anyway jokes aside and anough information towards my persona
I really need some information on these pistons will the hold a 300 whp n/a build has any1 some information?

Heeltoe offers them as well.
From the DNJ website:
'You are assured to receive a worldwide proven quality part, whether a DNJ Gasket set or any other DNJ Engine Components (Pistons, Rings, Oil Pumps, Water Pumps, Valves, Lifters, Engine Bearings, Freeze Plugs, Timing Belts, Timing Components, Tensioners, Rocker Arms, Rocker Arm Shafts, and Camshafts)'
Search on powerrevracing dot com.

Well in that case, welcome to the forum!
DNJ is near OE quality from what I've heard. If you must bore, dont go more than .5mm over oem bore. Stock bore is 89mm, so 89.5mm maximum. If you do more you may weaken the cylinder walls as they are very close together and aluminum.

Thanks alot for you input i do try to read forum thread and inform myself. But there hasent been alot of topics towards these pistons yet and i dont need to ask anyone over here as they are just not used here.
Ive another problem which would be fit for another thread but i I'll just ask here. The engine i got in the uk was fitted with an accord 6 speed manual transmission i believe.
I want to buy a singlemass lightened flywheel clutch and pressure plate.
But which one do i need to buy a j32 flywheel an accord clutch or which way do these work out. I did try to search and asked in other sites but no answer so far
Many regards and greetings from here

03-07 Honda Accord,6MT; (J30A)
04-06 TL(J32A3), 6MT,
What year is the Accord 6MT that came with the engine?
For example, RockAuto lists the OEM equivalent; LUK 08047 clutch & PP fitment:

There's a guy on youtube that's building his j35 with dnj pistons. he was running like a 200shot of nitrous before his last motor died. i don't think he's done building it or at least hasn't posted in a few weeks. sleepyeg i believe channel name.
