explain clean? Do you mean tear it down and clean ever part? Or wipe down the outside?

If you don't end up getting anything on paper, one thing you could do if you have an adjustable torque wrench is to use it to find out what the bolt is currently torqued down to. Just start with a small amount of torque, try to remove the torque, and if it clicks, increase the torque a little, try again, etc. until you can remove the bolt. Then record that torque.

I've been emailing them several times and gotten a response within the day either for some missing parts, a check list and the installation instructions which they kindly helped but now they have been either MIA or just plane out not responding anymore...... i'll send a follow up email. and same with the posting in the CL side.
thanks
