Started the work today. After about 2 hours 45 mins I got everything taken off. Rear motor mount was a beast to get out jeez it was probably hour and a half by itself. Work resumes tomorrow morning at 8am sharp. If all goes well ill be done well before 10am and have some pics to show. This is the only one I took today:
Front header out.

2 hours 45 min should have been all the motor mounts and header swap.. How many breaks are you taking jeesh...

=o( be nice. Mine hasnt been apart before! I had to torch the cat converter bolts and I had trouble getting the bracket off the motor mount. I'm hoping to put it all back together in an hour or so.

After taking 5 hours to finish I will definitely take U up on that offer, Kris. I'm so discouraged right now.
After driving the car there is some vibrations at idle that I notice w fixed mount and my cat converter shield is now rattling somehow it loosened up a little. I feel a noticeable difference in the performance w the new headers. The mount I imagine will break in and soften up. With the fixed mount there was no instructions or torque specs so I used factory specs. The bolt that goes thru the bushing and connects the 2 parts of the mount I didn't extra tighten it to avoid crushing the bushing w the upper section. It's a lock nut so it won't come loose. Seems ok.
Neither did I. Had to remove rear motor mount to put in new mount!
Advanced
go to ace hardware or lowes or something and pick up a few hose clamps. theres a thread on here about heat sheild rattle where i learned the trick. i think you need like 4" or 5" diameter clamps. they should be like 2 bux or something. just put 1 or 2 around your cat it should stop the rattle. did it to mine about 10k ago and havent heard anything since
