dash trim

I am looking to get the interior black trim which matches the other stock grey trim off of eBay. Does anyone have this and if so. Was it hard to install?

Is it a trim kit with adhesive?

Well...if it is adhesive how difficult could it be to install?

It's like a giant kit of stickers.

But usually they show a generic image of some vehicle and a diagram of the pieces in the set.

Would be nice to see some actual pics of the application on the vehicle.

Yeah pretty sure they all do that.

That's what I was afraid of too.

There is at least one website that sells just the blackwood trim for the vents on the passenger side, which is what I'm looking for. I'd like to get blackwood trim for the door release handles too, but I need any of the other pieces, as I think it's overkill.

Yeah I hear ya...those kits really go a little crazy with the trim but I guess some people like that look.

I just don't think I would like the look of the raised trim if it was noticeable.

if u search acura tl dash trim on ebay it comes up with all kinds of pics with dash trim kits installed on TL's. Here's a picture of the blackwood trim installed on the TL in the link below.

Sorry, but IMO that's just too much. I'd only want pieces 16 and 17 for the vents on the passenger side.

I'm not interested in the whole kit and if I wanted to get one...

I would to unite my carbon fiber pieces on the exterior to carbon fiber look on the interior.

This company sells just the vent trim for $34.

I don't know much about them, but will check.

^ That's a nice option.

Too bad they don't offer carbon fiber in those sets for the CL.
