Can you convert a 2000 TL front end to the 2003 front end? Like change the headlights i like the 2003 headlights better than 2000 headlights... is it possible and if so what has to be done?

you can but its work

 

Hood, fenders, bumper, bumper beam and misc other little parts need to be changed.

If you've done so much to your car already, then yeah go ahead and do the conversion. If not, then get the 02-03 and swap parts with your current 2G.

That's what i thought!

 

the only reason a conversion would be worth it, if at all.. is if you dropped massive money into your 99-01 prior to doing the front end swap. to save you from starting over on all of your hard work and man hours redoing the 02-03

they both have their strengths and weaknesses. just gotta find what works best for it...

 

because a new car payment is sooooo much cheaper

 

paying for newer car > paying for older car to look like the newer car.

^lololol i have an 00 fpr and i think the 03 front end looks alottt better. much more meaner lookin.
