Comptech exhaust

Comptech exhaust

ok i just got the comptech catback exhaust installed and i'm not liking it to much it to loud inside the car is there any way of making it quiter?

Comptech I beleive is the quitest exhaust for the TL. I don't think they make a silencer for them (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

What? Comptechs are actually really quiet for an exhaust setup on our cars.

What kind of sound are you hearing? Resonance? Droning?

probably droning... what I would do is just add another resonator if you got some space. But yes, comtech's are known to be very quiet.

what if i put the stock b-pipe back in and just have an axelback?

Too loud?? they are the quietest exhaust system out there.

Oh and Get the quiet tip inserts from comptech.

With the silencer inserts the exhaust is very quiet. When I want to make a little more noise I take them out. It makes a big difference.

They make a big difference, thats what i do (i have no resonators either). And when i want it louder i have the inserts that i made to make it straight pipe.

its the drone thats is kinda loud is there anything i could do to lower the sound abit
