unless ur cat was bad, i wouldnt have hollowed it out. $100 u can get an actual test pipe, gaskets and bolts. and still have ur stock cat just incase

u cleared out platnium smart one, you could have simply removed the cat sold it and had a custom test pipe constructed for your car, better yet it would sound as bad

u could have recylced it, made ur money and done things right, maybe ur just a baller that can afford to thow away something that is worth $70 per oz, no one looks under a car anyway especially if its lowered and the cel dosen't come on

not really here, unlike cali , but they do look under when you have to do your emmisions every two years

but even then the people who look underneth, are idiots, and only look under there with a mirror (that has a handle on it, so they don't have to bend over), so the heatshield proably would be sufficient to fool them into thinking that the cat is still there

They may be idiots, however you have to assume that they have been doing inspection jobs for years and years, and therefore they know what to look for. And Florida has no emissions test!

years, , they seem to have pretty high turnover (except for higher ups), and most people that they hire are like kids that are just out of high school (no pun intended), or basically people that there last job would of been at mcdonalds (but they do have the volumn/number that they see going for them though)

and i know no emissions down there (use to live there); and no front plate ethier
