I have a 3.2 tl-s 2002. The dealer tells me that there is no option to install a navi (the cool screen in the dash) on my tl-s and that it comes either with or without it.

Is this true? I would love to get the factory screen put in if possible.

There's a D.I.Y. on this forum to do it. Members on this forum have done it spending less than 1k. And no, dealers won't do this from what I've found. You'll have to find the nav unit and screen and then you can order the rest from some website. The install takes a day or two from what others have experienced. I'm looking to do this as well. I heard something about the 02-03 versions of the TL don't have Navi maps for Canada, but I could be wrong.
