Cams????

I have been searching out different cams for the J series. I have the j32a2 so I already have the 2g s cam. Long term I plan on building an NA 3.5 or 3.6 in my block using the j35a3 crank and rods. I have Alldata so I know the lift numbers for every J series cam that Honda made, but I cant find the duration and overlap specs any where. From what I can tell looking at lift specs, HP, torque, redline and vehical weight it looks like the cams to choose from are out of the j32a2(I have), j35a8 and j37a1(the lift #are the same for the 35 and 37). If any one has the complete cam specs I would love to see them and it would be great to hear from you guys that have gone down the factory stroker path. Thanks

Thanks Justnspace I have been through the CL threads and just subscribed to the 3g tl. I still could not find where any really know the duration and over lap on the stock cam.

Just change the roller bearing on the rocker arm. It will be easier, cheaper and less work. Plus you won't have to shim the cam to fit in your heads. You will get more lift and duration doing it that way than you can get from a different cam

fsttym1 are the different roller bearing from Honda, or from a different model? This makes perfect since your changing the arm ratio just like you do in SBC to achieve more lift and not touch the cam. Can you point me in the right direction please?
