Caliper Painting?

2000 Tl-p BLACK with chrome Acura wheels..

First off.. Which is better, Duplicolor of G2 epoxy caliper paint?

Second..Color? Red or Black... Keep in mind i don't want to make my car look like crappy half ass modified junk, i need it to still be sophisticated with a subtle flair of performance...

Thanks

wouldn't black calipers look like they are just always dirty..I mean I want them to pop a little..

Couldn't I just re-paint them if color was a problem anyway?

Black....I am gonna quote 01tl4tl here, but its true...We have very small calipers and painting them black kinda "hides" them from sticking out. It also gives it a nice and clean, everything flows look.
I personally dont like color in there unless everything flows perfectly(like say on customs, or higher end sports cars), but thats just me.

For ssm, I'd just go black.

I just replaced my rotors and pads and while i had them off i painted the calipers witht he duplicolor caliper paint black. Looks nice way better then the rusty brown before. You can tell its a nice and new looking compaired to my rears that i need to do.

duplicolor works really well. they have a kit out and everything. as for color, id say red just because its a nice contrast to your car's body color. i have a black tl too and am going to be painting my calipers red.

Seems kind of a ignorant statement there.

Go black or red (but thats too original, I went with blue because I like the contrast and the way it pops out ).

my take on the whole rice thing is that, well if you have good stuff under the hood, you can have a flashy car. MY take on the word is that it targets those who go for all looks and no performance. beat a car at a race and they cant say shit about your car. lol

On my TL i had red (ricer hehe) and then i eventually re-did them in a gunmetal grey. my car was LGM and it looked perfect . On black, unless you want the inferior size brake calipers to stand out, i'd stay away from red.
