I would get the Icebox, tints, brakes.

Headers will help they are ~100$ for the XS.
exhaust is pointless execpt for noise.
lowering is way more than 500$$

from what i've seen, no one have said anything definite about gains from the spacers. and as little as i understand about cars, the spacers keeps the engine cool. but sooner or later heat is gonna spread across the 1/4 inch or so spacer, and you'll be back to square one
if you're a generally lucky person, get headers. if you're not, they'll drive you deaf.

With the 4 or 500 bills. I would buy

Performance wise:
Headers & Pulleys.
Intake or spacers.

Suspension:

Shocks & springs (you can find them on the blackmarket for cheaper.)

or

Swaybars and rotor/brake pads.

You drive a gen2 TL and think it stops on a dime??? hahahahahaha
On those single piston calipers and weak pads and rotors?
My setup must give 7 cents change then!

Your avatar says you are young compared to ol grandpa here, so my guess is no true sports car experience to compare it to.

Others need to read about intake spacers and different types- if you dont have one, you have no honest opinion or factual statement to make-

Take the chip off the list. There is no chip for the TL. Get yourself a Apexi NEO or E-Manage and have it dynotuned after all your mods
