OK, i had 2002 TL-P which i traded to lease a 2006 TL. The lease i had from Paragon Honda for 580$ monthly and i was happy. But after 4 days those people called me and told me the payments will go higher and will be 720 because the lease cannot be 42months anymore and will be 24Months. So, i took the car back to them the same day. Give them the keys, looked through the conract. Insult them, took my 2002 TL back and left. Just wanted to tell you guys, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARAGON ACURA/HONDA in NEWYORK because all they do is try to make money, they did the same thing with my friend who bought the brandnew Fully loaded Civic and with my friend who bought the 2007 Honda. They are still fightin em but i just give their car back and got my car back and told them ill make sure you wont get any business from my side nor from the people i know.

 

Yea! What a load of crap! You made the right call...now all you gotta endure is all the junk mail they'll send!

Wonder how they react if you signed for the car, then told them 580 was too much, you were only gonna pay 375. The fact that papers were signed would be a bit more relevant to them then, I bet.

wow when i read this i immediately thought of my experience with acura of ocean in new jersey.... to make a long story kind of short... i test drive an 03 tl-p 38k miles, non nav no spoiler etc.... just a plain tl-p ... (keep in mind im only 18 so i went with my father who obviously handled the talking and negotiating and all of that) lol... we basically told the guy that since i was going to be paying for it it had to be UNDER 200 a month... we came up with a trade in price for my max.. negotiated the car to 16k and the guy even punched in the numbers on the calculator with those prices... had the manager sit down with us and everything and discussed the numbers... we shook their hands told them we would be back monday (this was on a saturday) to sign everything over... we come back monday and they tell us they cant possibly sell it for 16k after all that we basically told them to go f themselves n walked out i refuse to ever go back there because of that horrible experience to give u an idea of how badly i know that they know they screwed up we havent gotten a call from them since the incident regarding anything ... but u did the right thing dont ever give in to these pricks i could never in good conscience do it... sorry to hi jack but this got me heated just hearing your story haha... but hey maybe it was meant to be that u n ur tl-p could never be apart :-P

 

call the better business bureau and the local assemblyman. don't let them just get away with it. try to start a fire. it's obvious they think this is ok to do to people.

I think those fags in Paragon Acura had it planned. You know they wait until the survey people from acura call the house and ask how the service was. I was like i really like the service Just because the Dealer told me please make points for me because thats how i get paid. So i was like yeah y not. The Next day after the survey i got the call of them making the payments higher . I mean wat the hell, i signed the contract for 580. I mean, they said 480 before and then it was 580 and i still agreed and than 720. I mean do they think i can agree with a 720? I Do wanna complaint though, if you guys know the Number to complaint about poor service at the dealership. Please let me know. Im Pissed off, i had plans i told all of my friends, we took a ride and now i have to explain the whole shit to whoever i meet that what happened and y i got my car back. I mean FUCK!!

dont let it go so easily bro, they cant change the contract after u signed it. do u have a copy of the contract? get in touch with the BBB and file a complaint you might be able to get it cheaper cause dealerships dont want unneccesary heat cause itll cost them a lot of business. and you know desis buy mad acuras and hondas espically in ny
