Thanks. Purchased.
Will post up pics when they get here next week. They look exactly like the XS headers from the picture.
Trying to decide on the cold air intake, I have a bunch of k&n filters along with a Jim Wolf air intake off my 1997 maxima that I used to have.

The photos look to show the same quality as the XS headers. Already spent a couple days reading threads on the headers and most people were saying All the short tube headers give about the same gain. If they look like total crapola I will return them. If not I will throw them on the car.
I am not going for total power here. If I get 15 hp instead of the 25hp from comp tech hp so be it. Will be throwing CAI on it for another 3-5 hp. Maybe a light weight pulley for another 3-5hp.
Just looking to make my new to me daily commuter get better mpg and a little more pep.

Headers should AT LEAST give you 20whp.
Light Weight Pulley between 10-15whp
CAI you are spot on.

Also unless Comptech have some crazy magic involved in their Headers any headers with the exact same design should deliver the exact same Output. So you should be expecting 20-25whp out of those headers regardless of price.. Now how much time will they hold up? That's the question. Cheap headers usually start to fall apart.

I have a current set of XS headers and from all the research I did, as long as you get the headers with a single flex joint and three bolt flanges its a Comptech knock off. If that's the case inspect all the welds, surprisingly mine were very clean an inside the pipes had been ground smooth.

After having mine back off the car after 5K miles of driving I learned a couple things. Use copper gasket spray on the gaskets the come with the headers (non OEM) and once installed run the car and while still hot/warm re-tighten every thing

There's only one factory in China making the headers with the bend, so they're all the same.

All the pictures I could find of the manzo look exactly like XS and dc header. Down to the little bend in pipe number 3

Like I said, will post pictures this week when I get them.

Isn't their a faq listing all the headers wih pictures? I couldn't find a thread like this.

Also skirmich on the cai
The Old numbers when I was in the maxima scene 18-20 years ago was 1-2hp for k&n, 2-4hp for short ram and 5-8hp for long tube CAI to fenderwell. All dyno verified

That's in the Maxima though.. Honda Engines LOVE TO BREATH! We even have a sort of CAI as OEM!
So aftermarket CAI or well any less restriction on the intake side will surely bump the horses by a little bit... Add Headers and you have a Wombo Combo..

K&N Drop-in gives around 2hp. (OEM tubes give turbulence)
SRI gives around the same 2hp. (terrible heatsoak)
CAI gives the maximum which is around 5hp. (NICE!)

Your next mod should be the 4th gen Manifold + bigger TB and Port & Polish for maximum air flow.

Simple bolt ons at moment. Have to smog it tomorrow
the old maxima loved to breathe also. Will have to find pics of the custom short ram I built with heat shields to seal it to hood

Man I surely hope you have a friendly person not caring for the lack of CARB numbers on that headers on your Smog Shop or hope you haven't installed them yet.

well SNAP
Manzo was out of stock - should be restocked some time between mid April and Mid May. I even called Manzo direct on it. they apologized. but oh well.

Got a refund and decided to buy the OBX stainless steel headers instead. Had a couple of Amazon gift certificates so it was $216 shipped to my work - 4-5 days. Should be here next week

Wanna hear a fun fact about Manzo?
It's actually Megan that makes those headers.

Well the fun thing would be to line them all up and compare them. If only one factory is making them , then it will be very obvious

Well who is going to buy them all and compare?

FWIW, I had my TL-P pipes off, and the inner part of the pipe coming off the manifold measures a measly 35mm inner diameter. No wonder headers help so much.

I bought a set of Manzo M2-TP-048 headers from faperformance on ebay. The manufacturer did not include a parts list or installation instructions. I am waiting to hear back from the seller.

^ If everything is in there you don't need instructions! Header installation is completely straightforward.

The runner that doesnt have the crazy bent is the front one.
The runner with the bent is the rear one.
J-Pipe is straightforward.

Thanks,
I received a reply of sorts from the seller. They said the headers are made to be installed by an ASE certified technician. Apparently, the seller thinks that was a useful answer.

Do you honestly think a sales rep would memorize every install for every application for their products?
That's a pretty difficult task to do when their main job is to sell.

No, but I would expect a return call from their tech support in less than the 3 business days I've waited so far. I'd also expect some modest amount of documentation with the product. At a minimum, there should be a parts list and a basic assembly diagram.
