Any shops that will clear corners in DC/NoVA area?

Any shops that will clear corners in DC/NoVA area?
I am considering clearing the corners on my '03 TL. However, I am not big on the idea of putting them in the oven, pulling apart, etc. I was thinking of buying a new set of lights and bringing them to a shop to have them do it.
I also have to fix my front end. Apparently, the car was hit by someone and there is all kinds of broken pieces under there. Now when I look I can see the bumper cover has a significant gap between the top of the cover and the bottom of my lights.

You should talk to Dennis @ www.I-modify.com. He does work from his home garage. I highly recommend him. He is located in Springfield. Give him an email, he should reply back in less than 24 hours. He did my blackouts and has done many clear corners for almost every Honda/Acura.
