99 tl lip

Hey guys got a question.... does anyone know the difference between a jdm inspire front lip and the usdm oem front lip will they fit on both?

JDM bumper is shorter so the lip for the USDM bumper will be too long, I also think that the bottom doesnt line up either. You can make the USDM lip fit onto the JDM bumper though, it has been done and is not that hard to do.
