2003 acura tl performance

2003 acura tl performance
i have a stock 2003 acura tl (j32a1) and i wanted to know what can i do to add more power. that wont cost me to much like under $500.
would swapping some parts from a tl-s have any gain and will it fit: parts such as
1. intake manifold
2. throttle body
can i fit the 09 tl 3.7l manifold to a j32a1 engine?
is there a diff. between the 3.5 and 3.7 acura manifold?
would a apexi neo help out or waste of money?
would replacing old pulley with lighter pulley add gain?
