Fog Light Melting?
Hey guys,
I have 35 w 8000k lows in my headlights right now with fog lights that well look pretty shitty, I had the 3000k fogs for a while got bored put some 5000k's in and now the 5000k's dont look good against the 8000k headlamps I am going to put in some Nokya 80 w artic purple, its blue though actually, halogens because i know 8000k hids in the fogs will most definately be a bad idea. But will putting in halogens melt anything wires harness etc? I asked the acura dealer and they said most definately but since they also told me my engine would explode if i took my intake resonator out i thought i might ask elsewhere.
Thanks

if you want to match 8000k hid lows, 8000k or 3000k hid fogs are the only kelvin temps that would match, imo.
halogens that run at a high wattage may melt the foglight housing.
