Honestly you (if you dont have it for it) should get a tank of argon gas for the welder. It will make it better. If not you will need a shielded flux core wire.

thanks guys! I appreciate the advice. I'll be posting pics of my welding experience. lol I wish I could get a TIG welder, shit's are expensive though. Question is, are they easier than MIG welders to use? I could always use and return right? lol

Tigs are far harder to use. and no you couldnt use it and return it. you would be able to tell it was used.

hey dirtyjohn, did you happen to use the oil braided lines that came with the kit? I heard they're really shitty. I'm going with a different intercooler as well. That SUCKS about the crash, glad to see that you're okay.. geez. How'd it feel though driving with a turbo TL down the track?

Hey Kris, if you read this, remember to tell me when it's good to hop on over to your neighborhood, I might as well build the kit right then and there after your conversion. I'm picking up my e-manage/harness shortly.

Hey Kris, joe looks like he bought himself a xs turbo kit as well over the accord forums. I'll ask him to post pics on there for us to see. I can't wait for the building!

just started re-routing my intercooler piping, they'll be goign through here instead:

For the Right:

For the left:

The device for the AC is the last thing to be removed before i start making holes.

Also... the lower grill's going away soon once i have access to a dremel. Want to make sure that intercooler is completely exposed/can be seen.

After that, I start my foglight project

Guys, question. Precision injectors, are there any made for our cars? I've seen the others that others tried, but i want to do little to no modding at all with the fuel injection components. Any ideas?

I believe the S2K injectors fit right in.

I'm almost positive they do because many people have used them.

so I take it that RC fuel injectors are the way to go then... 440cc doesn't seem bad at all. what about fuel rails though, any modding or no?

Actually, I'm just going to stick with the stock injectors and start off with low boost, i.e. 6.5 psi.. and then upgrade to 440cc's when the kit's broken in. I have everything I need, just waiting on the oil sandwich adapter

From what ive seen and read, Stock ones will handle quite a bit, the S2k ones will handle all the HP that the motor can take from boost

hey johnr5, sorry for this late reply. My PM's are full as usual but just found out they bump it up to 200 PM's now so feel free to PM me again lol.

basically those images came from Thinjim and me. CL users had the E-manage set the jumpers and rotaries like that and so far all of us don't have a problem. NEVER EVER install your e-manage without getting those jumpers and rotaries right!

you should be ok with S2k injectors (i'm using AP2 '04) which i think flows better than AP1, both will fit J32 engine. I have never tried going any larger like the 440 but if RC injectors fit directly to S2k, why wouldn't it fit to J32, right?

goodluck to your project and keep us updated
