3.2 to 3.5 internals swap

Is this possible on a TL-P ? If so what's the best option for getting the most out of this swap? Parts recommended ?

Just get an 01-02 mdx motor. That's what I plan in doing except porting and polishing the heads and installing 07 tl-s cams.
