03 TL harness bar

Was wondering if anyone has installed a harness bar in their tl and how it looked/how you did it? I was looking at getting one but didn't want anything too invasive.

Isn't a harness bar going to be invasive regardless?

Yeah very true but I guess I was having some wild ideas. My first thought was making my own harness bar that is bolted to the rear booster seat mounts, which would not be invasive. Also if there is some sort of factory bolt holes under the seats i could mount a bar to I would consider that not invasive, I would just have to run no seats. I'm fine drilling holes in areas under the seats but im not going to drill through the b pillar where the factory seat belt is, its still my daily and it look pretty bad if i tried to do it.

Oh, I see what you're saying by "invasive". There are some nice heavy-duty bolts in a few spots around the back seats and seatbelt mounts you could utilize. Removing our seats is easy, just pop yours off and take a look at what you can do!

Up until my reply last night I had no idea what a harness bar was, but it may be tough to get a pre-made one to fit. Might better to just weld one up yourself, or at least modify a "universal" one that almost fits.
