zaino on windshield

Has anyone put Zaino Z-2 on their windshields to repel bugs and/or rain? I have put "regular"wax on them before but no Zaino...

I don't go though the full process on the windshield but I just use the residue of the applicator for the windows so it doesnt apply too much.

It seems to work pretty well for me.

YES by golly, put Z-2 on your windshield. It works wonders especially when it's Bug Season out there

I used Z-2 on winshild also, many people said it works better than X-Rain, but from my experience it works great when it rains hard, those droplets simplely just glide trough the windshild, no wiper is even needed. -A

I'm using Z2 on my windshield. At least as good as Rain-X, and I think it is easier to apply. With the winter coming up, I expect we'll all have ample opportunity to evaluate.

Zaino works well on my windshield. It works well to prevent those ugly water spots!

I use Rain-X and Sillblade wipers...

If you haven't used sillblades, you haven't used your wipers. They are silicone (not rubber) wipers that last pretty much forever, they don't freeze up, and after close to three years with mine, they don't streak at all, and after using them for a while the silicone stays on your windshield for an effect like Rain-x without ever having to apply anything again, but I do occasionally put rain-x on.

What about Z6 on the windshield? Since I've been using Zainos, I haven't put any on the windshield but I'm guessing it somehow migrates onto the windshield when it rains. When I drive in the rain now, I barely need to use the wipers. But I wanted to use the Z6 to help get the bugs off the windshield as it seems to help remove them from the front bumper. I just didn't know if the Z6 would cause any kind of smearing.
