Should the normal polish (e.g., Z2) or some other product be used on the 2" door protection strip running from the front to the rear wheels?

Can the Z16 (tire gloss) also be used on the rubber around the windows or will it smear off on to the windows when they go up and down?

You can put the Z2 on just about anything. It won't hurt to put it on that strip. You can get it on black moldings and stuff too without it leaving a white residue. That's one of the best things about Zaino. You can use it on glass too and it works like Rain-X.

Never used the tire gloss, so I dunno...
