Hi, I wanted to get a paint job on my '99 TL, How much do you think it would cost just to get it painted all silver?

No less than $2,500 for a good job...if your car is another color other than silver, expect to pay more to have the door jambs, under trunk, under hood etcetc painted too..Just be sure to take it to a reputable place to do the work.

this is my first car i got from my mom and I hate the color (greenish grey). I have about $5000 to do whatever I want to it so Im deciding to put a spoiler, WW kt, and a paintjob on it, and whatever i can with the extra money.

A color change is a mother to do right. If you want it done right it will cost you much more than your budget.
Without MAJOR attention to detail you will always have areas that were missed, light or just badly prepped (paint doesn't stick.)
You will have mask lines on the window rubber, in the door jambs, etc. When you open the hood there is no possible way to get around all of the engine parts.
Even if they do pay attention, there is no practical way to avoid some of these short of stripping the car and removing everything that is not painted.
If you want the car to be done right, take some advice from someone who has done this before: Leave it alone, repaint it the same color or get another car in the color of your choice.

Even $2K is really just middle of the road to completely repaint and re-clear coat an entire car. The body shop I used to use in Chicago only serviced high-end imports and charged $5K and up for a complete repaint. Their work was flawless and the shop looked like a hospital - sparkling gray painted floors with all the technicians wearing white lab coats. I saw the before and after on a new 911 Turbo with $50K worth of body damage - no matter how close you looked you couldn't tell it had been hit.

Dude,
Sell the car instead. First of all, that green/gray is a popular color and you should have no trouble selling it. Once you paint it, the value will go down because you'll never be able to convince future prospective buyers that the car was not in an accident.
