Zaino Praises

Tried out my Zaino products Saturday. Results were great. The paint had a mirror finish to it and no swirl marks on my black beauty. Was disappointed, so far, that the "fine scratches" are still there. However, I am hopeful that after the 3 applications suggested by Zaino....they will be gone.

I definitely will put the other 2 applications soon and then report as to how it handles fine scractches (also known as surface scratches).

Zaino is not a miracle cure. Make sure you use the Z5 for surface scratches. It works very well.

Did use the Z5, just hoping by the third application of it, some of those fine scratches will be at least a little filled in. Wish there were a miracle cure, but realistically not expecting it.

How long have you been using Zaino?

zaino on the windows

I have been using Zaino for 3 years.

I just put my second coat of Z-2 on my TL-S this weekend. It looks better than ever!

I also put z-2 on my windows. I drove thru some rain on Sunday, and the windshield was very clear. I had to use the wipers, as the rain was heavy, but unlike RainX, the wipers did not build up with crud. It works much better that RainX. I will never use rainX again!

Okay, what's the difference between Z2 and 5? The instructions say to use Z1 first and then Z2 or Z5. I used Z5 cuz it says it removes swirl marks and fine scratches. Do I alternate between the two?

Ah, I was waiting for someone to try Z2 on his windshield. Now I have the confidence to do the same. I've been putting on Z6 on the windshields with fantastic results.

Thumbs up

I've been using Zaino for two years. I alternate between coats of Z2 and Z5. But nothing says you have to do that. I just found that it works for me!

Now I'm gonna try putting some Z2 on my windshield and see how that works. Great tip! Thanks.

Well, I've now got all my Zaino stuff, but I have been too lazy to go out and do it.

Check out www.nsxsc.com they have a huge thread on zaino vs zymol vs the really expensive (144$) a can uber zymol. They also have a very nice write up on how to use zanio, z5 and 72 are used at the same time, most people do not know this, You apply the z then wipe away about 45 minutes later with the z5 I believe and then wait 24 hours for the product to dry. My memory is very haze tonight though.

Hey BH,
Warm weather's exactly the right time to apply Zaino (unless you're saying it's too hot for you!).
