You might know this, but...

In the summer, when you turn on the A/C, you will hear alot of "creaking" from the vents because the plastic is contracting. It sucks, but it happens in every car. Contracted plastic causes many of the noises you hear during the winter. Have you noticed there are more noises when its cold?

Yeh, I live in South Florida and during the winter, when it drops into the 50's, I especially notice it
