axis metal masters

friend told me they they are very loud and screech. is it true?

Nope, your friend is lying to you. I've had mine since last September, have not heard them squeak at all.

I have them on my car since about December...no screeching here, also doens't create a lot of brake dust as well. So no dirty rims!

Nope. no screeches at all. your friend might have them installed poorly or maybe just needs some anti-squeak stuff put on the back of the pads (something that should be done during install)
