How are these door sills installed? I can't tell from the picture... do I have to apply an adhesive to the back of them or what?

it comes with the 3M tape on the back already, you just peel off the plastic tabs and tape them on. Mine has been holding pretty well, even through the rain and snow when I accidentally get snow into the car and on the sills.

It is adhesive tape that I can't get to stick to well. Others havent had problems and some has. I've even cleaned it with rubbing alcohol.

I looked at our car and noticed where I should put the Door Sills if I were to order them. My question is, do I just place the door sills on top of the black rubber sills that come stock? Or do I remove the black rubber sill and put the aluminum door sill after? I looked at it and I couldn't see how I would just yank that black rubber sill off. Please help.

Thinking about buying them from the site up above with the 30% discount. Thanks.

Did you even read this thread? You tape them on with the included double-sided tape.

I did read the thread. But nowhere does it say to tape them on the black rubber or remove the black rubber and then tape them on? Sorry if asking.

Heres the chrome door sills.....but i dont have the dash kit

Chrome Door Sills CLICK

Where can you buy 3M tape? My passenger side sill tape wasn't clean on of the corners and it pops up once in a while so i need to buy some tape but from what i hear that stuff is expensive. But all i need is like a few inches.

Lets see if i link the image and if it shows up.....if not you can click to link above to see

Home Depot would have it, you can use just about any kind of double sided tape, as long as the surface is clean, it should stick well. If you want hardcore sticking power, get gorilla glue.
