Which one? What can't you see? The color or the entire pic?

The 2nd "smeared pic is a pic of the front singlas shining against a wall.

The 1st pic is of the 2002 tail with the yellow bulbs.

The left side of each pic is where the yellow bulb is. Yes, the bulbs are different. I got yellow bulbs.

Why yellow? IMO yellow is almost like the factory orange bulbs. Also, in the second pic, how come the lights patterns are so close together? Shouldn't they be further apart because the clearance lights are at opposite ends of the car.

The yellow is much less red than the factories. I dunno, to me I just wanted something different and I used to have yellow bumper indicators on my legend and I don't like the hyperwhite signals. So that leaves me with yellow, not amber. That's just how the pattern comes out on the wall. I did not change anything about the light casing. It could just be an artifact caused by where I was standing for the shot.

I don't mind yellow... it's different, yet it's still "almost" legal.

Yes, looks legal

It looks very legal, which is another reason why I prefer the yellow. Plus, it doesn't draw as much attention while it still has a unique look to it while maintaining the car's luxury look.

This is much easier to do than you think, you don't even have to change the bulbs. Go to your local auto store and buy yourself some yellow lens repair tape for $1 and wrap it around your existing signal bulbs with slits cut for heat ventilation. I did this before.

They perform nicely in the day because they are a rich yellow, not a lighter yellow like those ionized yellow headlamps, so they are still visible during the day when signaling. And at night they look great.

Blu,

I have yellow bulbs in my 02 tails. I didn't know they were yellow when i bought them, thought they were orange (pack didn't say so i went with eyeing the bulb), and i prefer them more than the amber bulbs. I think they look brighter and cleaner than the stock amber ones. I also tested them with sunlight shining on em and no problem with visibility at all as it glows strong. They look good on the rears esp at night.

Definitely I think the yellow looks better as long as they aren't too white and a nice rich yellow. But I would prefer the amber over hyperwhite signals which cheapen the look of the car IMO.
