Is it possible to put 9005 SMD LED Yellow on the 3.2TL 2001 making it look like the Integras with a JDM front with yellow bulb???

 

with the right mind set anything is possible. If you're talking about fog lights w/ yellow overlays, this can be done on any car. I'm not entirely sure.. but I think for 99-01 you'd need civic or accord fog lights. If you search around ebay you might be able to find ones that are already yellow, or you could just get regular ones and get a yellow film for it
