When I first got my car and turned on the lights in garage I was amazed at the perfect horizontal line that the lights made. However now on the right side the line is fuzzed and it makes a bump shaped thing in the line. Is this normal?

 

Wipe the dead bug off the headlight :-)

 

Those jaggedies you mentioned are probably caused by the reflector panels on the back. I guess they got shifted around during your driving. As for me, i got those weird "fuzzies" the day i got my car. Sucks! Very annoying for me.
