WW lip kit install

WW lip kit install
so i just got a WW lip kit yesterday, from one of the members on here.
My question is how did you guys install it?
-did you guys go to a shop and got it molded on, cause it looks like its the original clips won't go into it.
-or did you leave the stock lip on and just put screws into it from the bottom and by the wheel?
My biggest concern is the front, but would all the sides be the same?
or is there any other ways i will be able to install it?

you have to take the stock side skirts off to put the sides on...front and rear just fit over the bumpers..install with doudle sided tape and screws...run a few some strips of tape here and there on the front and rear lip where the lip is going to really make contact with the bumper..instead of putting a long strip along the whole lip...makes for a cleaner install...i found that the lips dont make perfect contact with the bumpers in a few areas..then you end up with the lip pulling away from the bumpers and you could see all the tape...looks like shit

ya, take off the stocks and just line up the WW sides, there should be mounting points in the inside wheel weels and on the underside of the doors.
did you apply new 3m tape on the pieces too? post it up when you're done! i'm a fan of the ww kit

yea they just got painted yesterday, about to install the front.
for the wing part of the front lip, there is a gap between the bumper nd the wing,
- how did you fix that gap, did you keep it there or did some mod?
i was thinking using a heat gun to warm the wing and then just press it in with 3m tape on the other side
- is tht a good idea or would it mess up my new paint lip?

Urethane kits should fit pretty snug with minimal gaps (from my experience with having had WW kits on my previous cars). It might have been slightly warped, was the pieces put in a box or something that would distort shape a bit?.. if that's the case you can just let it sit for a bit to regain shape.
If not, then ya, just use the 3M tape and stick it into place, shouldn't be a problem. The only problem I encoutered with having a urethane kit is since it's a bit heavy, my 3M tape didn't adhere too well so I just used a better grade tape.
