Do you guys think the shocks off the 2004 would fit on the 99-03 TL's? Anyone tried this yet? also would the springs fit?

So knowing more than we did in 2005 would lowering springs from a 2003 Accord (2004 tl bodystyle) fit our cars?

I am looking at some potential tein's Part #ska52-au800

If they dont fit can anyone explain why?

 

Why not just buy the part # that ya need ?
Ya could try some effort in cross-referencing the actual parts involved.

 

because I know the guy selling them for really cheap.
He hasnt even taken them out of the box because he got a new GTI

 

you'll have to compare the top and bottom.
the top hat might have different mounting points and the bottom where it bolts to the fork might be different.
who knows, unless you compare the two.

I do know that our suspension(2g vs 3G) is virtually the same, as far as set up, but might have changed on how they bolt up.
