I don't plan on geting them but I was on ebay and saw a one year old pair of Comptech exhaust for a great price the link is :

I was just curious if they could fit on a TL or if alot of mods would be needed?

 

I actually asked this before and the answer was that you would need them to adjust the hangers so it will hang right ( also they will tuck under the back too much b/c the TL is longer than the CL) and also note that the portion that bolts onto the piping from the car is also cut off so they would have to weld that bit on too...but to just get the exhaust adjusted at a muffler shop, it would cost around 40 dollars (what I hear)...
