My prayers are with all the victims and their families as well as the firemen, policeman and volunteers. I work in that area and I am very thankful that I got out ok. I have friends that work in the WTC and was able to get in touch with only a handful of friends. The rest are still in my prayers.
Such a cowardly act. My only wish for Pres. Bush is that he, like his father will do what is necessary. I do not condone war or the death of innocent lives but there must be retribution far greater than what has happened here.
Once again, my prayers are with all...

I think this is more like Palestenian retaliation on what US have done, o well, but a cheap one.
Sazabi, this is a sad day for everyone. The world will feel this pain, and yes... there will be a price paid. A price in lives, in standards of living, in broken friendships, in the time it takes to bring peace and justice to Palestinian and Israeli people struggling to have a decent life.

IMO the world just changed for the worse, Sazabi. Hatred is an ugly thing. It consumes all energy, and destroys everything good in its presence. I hope that hatred does not consume all Americans, but it will get its share. It seems to have consumed many Israeli and Palestinian people already. Hatred is never satisfied.

For the sake of all people who have not yet been infected by this hatred it is time to destroy the monster. Time is up for Bin Laden.

Hey everyone look what i found out...
..on the 11 day of the 9 month that...two metal birds would crash into two tall statues...in the new city..and the world will end soon after" "From the book of Nostradamus"

then you take all the flights numbers that were jack and adds it up seprately
11 = Today's Date
9+3 = 12 = Tomorrow
1+7+5 = 13 = Thursday
7+7 = 14 = Friday
those are the flight numbers that crashed

Thats scary!!

My prayers are going out to all those involved with the horrible tragedy that just took place in NYC and Washington. This act clearly shows a disrespect for human life and justice will ultimately prevail as the perpetrators will be punished accordingly for their crimes in due time. I hope that the rescue efforts will take place as quickly as possible to ensure that any survivors are rescued. Although I'm a Canadian, this tragedy greatly affects everyone around the world and this will definetly change things now.

In response to wiggingboy, it does seem odd, but I believe the end of the world isn't as close as some may think it is. The book of Revelations in the Bible tells us that the end will come upon us like a thief in the night when we are all unsuspecting it. However, this event may lead to some further catastrophic end of the world events.

I agree it will come at a time when we least expect. Right now things are bad and we have to get the rest of the civilized world's support to defend against terrorism. We left the talks a little after Isreal did and I guess the world took it like we are only looking out for them. Now these countries that harbour world criminals, what should we think about them. . . on the same side? I think harbouring terrorists is a bolder statement then leaving the talks. I pray God helps us make sound decissions and that our response is quick, effective and goes unchallenged. I am sure when it happens we will pray for EVERYONE and will NOT be handing out candy in the street. I think my best friend lost his cousin yeterday and I am still wondering how many funerals I will be attending. Please pray for us and leave your concerns with God. Look what just happened 6 Firefighters and a police officer fell into a pocket in the rubble when the building collapsed and survived for 6 hours until they were pulled out recently. Tell me that isn't a miracle. 400,000,000 pounds of steel between the 2 towers, coincidence? . . . I think not!

The following is my post on another thread:As much as I abhor killing innocent people, yesterday's events put me over the edge. If Afghanistan won't turn over Bin Laden, I say we unload so much fire power on that country that they become nothing more than an ink splotch on a world map. Same with Pakistan and anyone else who feels that yesterday's events merit "dancing in the streets".

We always show restraint, claim to be more civilized, take the moral high road.

Well I for one would like to see a down and dirty A$$ kicking, take no prisoners.

Enough is enough!
