Alright, so I would like to wire my foglights to come on with the parking lights, and i've read the DIY thread here and on acurainspired.com, so the actual process should be no problem. But the problem arises in that i would also like to take my plug and play HID kit from my old car and put it into the foglights since they're both 9006 bulbs. now, as we all know, whenever you use the remote to lock or unlock the car, the parking lights blink. I'm afraid that this constant blinking would damage the ballasts. any thoughts?

That is why I hook them up so they work without parking lights. It does not blink with the parking lights. It is basically the same steps of the DIY you read with a little modification. Only time they shut off is when they crank (ONLY WHEN the fog lights are on w/o headlights) but that is only because I connected it to the ACC, if I just have to find another source that is constant on crank.

hm, i read your thread but im still a little confused. i think that might also be because there used to be pictures in there that i can't see. mind elaborating a bit?
