just purchased refills a few weeks back. the passenger side refill fits fine. the driver side however is not. the two pieces of stainless steel that runs along the sides are always coming loose. i don't think they play any part in making the blade stick to the bracket. question is has anyone install wiper blades without the two steel pieces?
