Wiper motor frozen?
So today I started to take the snow off my car and after cleaning the windshield I left my car running with wipers on for like 10mins to let it warm up. I come back and my wipers are stuck. I check the fuse and its good, theres no snow or ice around the wipers but they refused to move. Finally I decided to pull them and move them by hand and after a minute or two they start working again. Could this be a busted wiper transmission?

they are wipers not ice scrapers
Dont leave them running when car unattended
When I worked at the dealer in cold weather, we kept spare 10 amp fuses in the desk to ~warranty~ fix stuck wipers and send them down the road with the instructions--they are not ice scrapers!!

That's the thing, I cleaned the Ice and snow off first, then left them on to keep any from piling up. They started up, but when I came back they were immobile. Its as if ice got into the gears or something... Anyway it works now, so im just gonna chalk it up to one of those things...
