Blades or refills? Blades go with PIAA. Heard some good stuff about them. Apparently it has the same effect as Rain-X when its being used.

Bosch Excels. Didn't feel like paying over $40 for wiper blades, and the Bosches are quite excellent.

I haven't been able to find sillblades in local stores...but I'm sure if you go with silicone blades, regardless of brand, it would be much better than the best rubber blade.

Ricey when the car comes with matching chrome trimmings stock?

Me thinks people here use that word too loosely.

Sorry. I just think anything besides black would look silly. Like those beat out trucks you see with the faux chrome double blades. *shudder*

I installed Rain-X on mine and so far I'm very happy, very clean sweep. As far as how long will they last, only time will tell but in cold weather (here in FL 32 to 40 degrees) they work great.
