Window (right rear) no longer works

A couple days ago, I noticed that my right rear window ('02 TL) was rolled down. Odd, since it really wasn't that warm the day before. I try to roll it up, but it won't move even though I can hear the motor turning.

Is there a temporary solution? No one sits back there, so if I could get the window to stay up that would be good enough even if it won't roll down.

If not, about how much would it take to fix? And should I go to a regular mechanic, body shop, window specialist?

The car is nearing 11 years old (I've had it for about half that time) and I think I'm going to start seeing a lot of little problems like this crop up. I hope it lasts another 3-4 years without any major issues. It's been pretty reliable so far.
