Will my parents find out about my speeding ticket?

The bold is likely your greatest potential problem. If your insurance is also under your fathers policy and you are a second drive, you are currently violating your insurance policy - since you dont live at the address the policy is covering.
Should you be a second driver and/or not hold a policy with your current address, and your insurance is not currently aware you're going to school and living at XX address you run the risk of not being covered in the event of an accident.
I know it sounds crazy, but if you say hit a lawyer or total your car, your policy provider is going to try and find reason not to pay. Making false claims on your policy automatically cancels your policy. As stated in every policy.
As for telling your folks - check to make sure you've still got your balls and are old enough to drive. If you are driving around in Dad's car and cannot tell him about a ticket - you shouldn't be driving around in dads car.
Back in the day when I was a teen and drove my fathers car, there was a max speed I could get pulled over for and anything above that I got my keys taken away. I'm pretty sure the max speed was about 80 or no more then 50% above the limit.
If you're under Dad's policy he'll likely find out when his rates go up.
BTW if I was your father, I'd tell you you need to learn time management and the difference between 35mph and 46mph isn't going to make up for the 10 minutes you're late.

Three Wheelin'
Why is all your insurance so messed up? Just insure the person driving the car where they're driving the car, your father can hold ownership of the car without causing problems.

I live in Texas, I got caught doing 76 in a 50, work zone, and yes workers were present, the front tint was too dark, my brake light was appearantly out, and im only 16... your ticket isn't as bad... I still have to show up to court... but Im just gonna tell them now so they dont trip later when they do find out.
