Will the CD Changer from a 97 Accord work in the TL?

my friend has the factory changer from a 97 ex accord which I think is made by alpine or panasonic? Will this work on the TL so that I could use the factory radio to control it?

Thanks

The 97 Accord used an Alpine headunit and Alpine CD changers work with them, but it probably wont work with the TL.

The short answer is YES, it will work. BUT, you will need an adapter to make it so. I just installed an aftermarket Alpine 6 disc changer in my TL and had to get an adapter ($50). The part is made by Peripheral and the part number is "HONIL" for the Alpine changer. It will be different for other brands, but Alpine is one of the most common.
Good luck!
