Hey guys,
I already have a post asking where i can get a new/used oem ballast, but this post is regarding aftermarket ballast. I was wondering that if i get an aftermarket ballast for suvlights.com, the LVQ 212 ballast for D2R/D2S Xenon bulbs (D2 connector) model, will it look the same as the oem one, since i'll be switching only one. And i'm planning on switching both bulbs at once since i brought a pair. Thanks.

There are many different ballasts made by different manufacturers. I believe what we have on our tls is matsushita ballast made by Panasonic (correct me if I'm wrong).
Anyways, getting a philips LVQ212 ballast, or Hella ballast will work with your tl fine, but some modification needs to be done, such as tapping wires on your existing wire harness and placing a different ballast since it will not fit on where the original ballast is located at due to its different size and shape. Hope that helps little.

Don't have the same ballast that we have on tls.
I know where to get a ballast that goes into a nissan though..
