does spray paint come off?

walked to my car this morning and notice a yellow line going along the side of my car. went in closer to touch it and it was spray paint.. looked around and saw that other cars were vandalised as well. those freaking mofos are lucky that there's no lynch mob after them.

anyways.. what can i do to get rid of the yellow paint from my car's white paint?

a body shop could probably wet sand and polish it out.

Depending on how long it has been on the surface.....well, your results may vary.

Try using a clay bar.

Try polishing compound. If that doesn't work, rubbing compound. If that doesn't work, body shop.

Try car wax - the cheaper regular one. The expensive ones have very little polishing effect.

Use a clay bar first.

Do not use rubbing or polishing compound. It's way too agressive. If it doesn't come off with clay, take it to a detail shop.
