Wierd sound when A/C Turn to MAX.
Well just got back from work and I noticed something!
I dont know really well since when this could be happening since I always use the Radio at a Decent volume.
Today I came back with the Radio off and heard a Wierd (Rurr Rurr Rurr Rurr) Coming from the Blower but this Only Happends when the speed dial is set to MAX (NO AUTO!) or anywhere 90° or 60° (When AUTO).
But if I dial down to 89 or 61 Pammm it dissapears!
I Havent check anything just wanna know if any of you Aziners had this problem before or If is common in High Mileage TLs.

those filters are due every year,,if never done,,well see diy for sample pics

Well I didnt say Compressor I say that the Blower was making wierd sounds I think is the big thing beneath the glove box?? its round and it feels like something moves Inside when the A/C is On. Its called Fan I Guess then?
But the Ill check the Air Filter just to be sure Nothing is trapped, I cant remember when I last replaced either way.

the compressor operation info was for karanx
leaves get in the blower intake screens under hood, get down into blower and clog it...
cking the blower cage and filter area is the easiest and most logical place to start
the cage bearings could be going out...
also ck blower motor power connection for heat damage to it

2003 TL-S w/Navi NBP
Mine used to sound like a jet engine getting ready to takeoff. I dropped the fan motor and housing and found lots of leaves in there. There is a DIY, I think, somewhere, or least I made a post about my experience.
