Hi guys,
So my friend has this 2011 Hyundai Sonata (4cyl not turbo version) that he wants to race me. He took his engine air filter out so he could go faster(not very smart I told him but he doesn't listen.) Not sure of what the out come should be. From a dig and rolling, who do you think would win?

My car is an 01 TL btw(stock)

Tell him to stop being a petty twat. Also I'd say take it to the track but I wouldn't bother with those two cars. You'd win if your car was in good running order and had proper tires.

On the behalf of the Acurazine members, I kicked his ass!
We ran a couple of times, around 30ish and I walked on him a couple of car lengths every time ( 1st run I let him go so he think he beats me lol). 1 dead stop run, a little wheel spin but walked him as well. So all in all is a win. Not to mention I'm using regular 87 unleaded and not 91, who knows what that could've done. My first win with an 01 116k TL

PS: I hope you ROFL at Him for his No Filter non-sense.
PS2: Use goddamn 91 octane, No real gains on using 87 vs 91 your getting worse MPG and less Power.. In the end you spend more money using 87 than using 91.
