I already posted this in an earlier topic but no response yet...so posting once again.... basically where to get NSX front wheels or S2000 rear wheels - both of which should fit in the TL I guess ?!! Also, approximate costs..

Unfortunately the only place I know of is http://www.aaarims.com and expect to pay $450 per rim for the NSX's. Are you looking for the Zanardi edition rims. they list the s2000 rims at $225 per rim and you should use the fronts that are 16x6.5. It is my understanding that the NSX has a larger stock hub than the TL like the Legend has.

Thanks a lot, I will check it out ! Why do you suggest that we use only the front rims(16 x 6.5) of the S2000 ? Why not the rears (16 x 7.5) ? Also, would the larger stock hub mean that they would not fit the TL ?

Also, could someone post the Offsets of the following wheels:

a) S2000 front (16 x 6.5) and rear (16 x 7.5)
b) NSX front(16 x 7) and rear (17 x 7.5)
c) Stock 3.2TL rims.

Thanks in advance.

since noone is responding the quickest way to find out might be to call one of those large tire/wheel store chains like America's Tire or Discount TIre Direct, Tirerack.com they usually have information like that

Guys,

I did some searching and got the info I wanted from the following site:
http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/TireWheel/wheeltech.htm

Here are excerpts about the NSX wheel specs from the above site:

What Are The OEM Wheel Specs?
Sizes
1991-1993 Front: 15" x 6.5"
1991-1993 Rear: 16" x 8"
1994-Present Front: 16" x 7"
1994-Present Rear: 17" x 8.5"

Lug Nut Torque Spec
The torque spec for the factory lug nuts is 110 N.m (80 lb-ft) for all years.

Factory Offsets
The NSX's front offset is 55mm and the rear is 60mm for both the 15"/16" and 16"/17"
wheel sizes.

The NSX's front wheels fit the 97 Preludes (and 3.2 TL's) in either 15 or 16 sizes. Lock your wheels!

Center Bore
The NSX's proper centerbore is 70(.1)mm front, 64(.1)mm rear.

Factory Bolt Pattern
The NSX has a 5-bolt pattern with a 114.3mm bolt circle.

Lug Nuts
OEM wheels use a 19 mm lug nut. Thread pitch of 12 mm x 1.50

Hope this helps.

So here is a summarization of the previous posts about the offsets:

1) S2000 (offsets and weights)

Front (16 x 6.5) - 55mm - Cast Alloy
Weight - 17.8lbs
Rear (16 x 7.5) - 65mm - Cast Alloy
Weight - 18.8lbs

2) NSX (offsets and weights)

Front (16 x 7) - 55mm - Forged Alloy
Weight: 16.75lbs

Rear (17 x 7.5) - 60mm - Forged Alloy
Weight: 20.85lbs

3) Stock 3.2TL rims (Front and rear are same)

Front (16 x 6) - 55mm - Cast Alloy
Rear (16 x 6) - 55mm - Cast Alloy
Weight (25 lbs ??)

Now a question:

Still awaiting some more info from them.
