I just purchased New TL-S W/ Navi from ***TUSTIN ACURA*** about a weeks ago and I had one of the worst experiance of buying a car. I also want to write a letter too. I HATE ***TUSTIN ACURA*** & I WOULD NEVER BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM AGAIN.

SSK...i got my car from tustin too. i didnt get a great deal but i didn't think it was any worse than what most dealers were offering and it was a helluva lot better (the experience) than some of the crap i was taking at other dealerships (canyon arses).

my experience with the service/repair dept. was better than anywhere else and theyre one of those dealerships that kiss mucho arse since they do those reviews where they ask you to write excellent or tell them what they did wrong.

so what did they do that was so bad? seems to be a trend among acura dealerships...

If you really want to get the dealership in trouble call Honda and ask who the regional sales VP or field manager is covering the area. A direct call to him will cause a direct call to the dealer principal. Push until they give you the name.

I had a problem with my dealership about 2 years ago and I wrote a letter to Acura headquarters. About a week and a half later, they responded with a letter, and my dealer called me about 3 times to kiss my ass.....

Reimbursement?

I think to keep customers coming back they should take care of the complaints. No just a sorry, but something above and beyond. May be a free detailing service, etc.

My questions to you is, if you didn't like the buying experience, why not walk away? Are there no better dealerships nearby?
My thinking is if they treat you not so kindly when you are a prospect, how much better would they treat you once you have made financial committments?

My friends here have had good services from the local dealership, and when I was there to test the TL-S the guy was helpful, albeit too quiet when we were driving.
