Where can i drop this baby?
My first car ever was a 2003 acura tl loved it. But lost it in an accident but was able to save the engine and tranny. Only 75k wanted to know if anyone has been able to use this engine , tranny or both into any hondas? Looking to make it into a fun honda project thanks

Lower compression???
A buddy of mine builds sand rails and jokingly told me I should turbo/charge my TL. I told him the compression and he said "nevermind, F*** that".
I've heard that closer to 8:1 is better for forced induction.

Compared to the higher ratio of the TL-S?..
Even a small turbo will make a shit load of power on a stock J32A1, You could also make it a 3.5L which will lower the compression even further.

If you search anywhere you'll find people have put this motor in Civics, Integras, s2k's, Accords, etc. Check out j32a.com.
A friend and I swapped the 3.2L & 6MT into my '99 Accord 2dr. It was a fun project and it brings a smile to my face daily...but it was awesome to do once lol. Soo much work.
The 98-02 V6 Accord and CL/TL have many similarities, when you open my hood the swap looks OEM. Things like clutch lines, etc just lined up naturally which was cool. Anyway just do your research and see if it's worth your time. Obviously there are no "drop n go" solutions, all applications require custom work.

They make kits to drop them into Civics, Miatas, Integras, they fit in the Honda fits, NSX, s2k.

There are people running boost on the J32A2 just fine. A few are even running over 20 psi on race fuel with stock internals. You could easily get away with 10 safely as long as you got a standalone so you could tune it.
