Where to buy new dash?
I have a 99 TL (non type S) without Navi. I want to change the dashboard, to have a place to put a xenarc screen. I want to change it to the dash that the 99TL w/ navi has.
Can someone please show me a place i can buy one?
How hard is it to change?
Anyone have any ideas of what kind of screen i would need?
Thanks Alot

Thanks alot for the response
Im kinda confused about some things (im sorry im a n00b)..
on www.acurautomotiveparts.org - which items do i exactly need
Just 'Illustration 4' under Instrument Panel Garnish - or other things,
im thinking probably more because of the new controls for the air conditioner..
Thanks in advance

You cannot simply buy the dash piece for a navi car. The AC controls are also built into the navi screen so just buying the navi ac unit will not work.
What some guy did on this board was mold the non-navi AC controls into the space where the cd holder goes and then he could use the navi dash panel to put his sceen in.

yea i already thought of this. but like NSX said, you cant do it w/o losing vital A/C controls like HEAT OR COLD. do a search on mini-itx, there is a member who posted a pic in a thread for carputers of the set up he did. basically its a xenarc screen where the navi screen would be, the a/c controls were put into the space where the stock headunit was and under all of that was a headunit

Here's the pic and thread I was talking about. Looks like you'd have to go with an aftermarket head unit.
